The Net Store

At the start of this month, I was lucky enough to be invited to The Net Store, a beautiful holiday home nestled on the shores of the Applecross Peninsula, in a small fishing village called Ardheslaig. Overlooking Loch Beag through large panoramic windows, there was a real sense of peace and tranquility, as we watched the turquoise waters crash against the rocky landscape around us.

Comprising of a large open-plan kitchen and living area, the home spans across 2 floors, with a bedroom on each floor, as well as a bathroom and en-suite. Being a fan of Scandinavian-design personally, this home ticked all the right boxes for me: off-white walls; light oak floors and very simple furniture throughout - everything felt very considered. We also made use of the wood burning stove in the evenings, after braving the Scottish elements.
